Chapter One: Typoza Opens Its Doors to Geeks Who Write

Typoza, a blogging platform built by a geek for geeks, is now open in beta. You get an Atelier made purely for writing, a blog that's live right away, and soon your own domain name. More features will roll out through the end of 2026, ahead of the official launch in early 2027.

Nothing reaches a network until you choose one.

Some people collect figurines. Others take their consoles apart just to see what's inside, or know every patch note of their favorite game by heart. And then there are the people who need to write about all of it. Maybe it's a review typed up at 2 a.m., a theory about how a series is going to end, or a tutorial that came out of an entire evening spent wrestling with one stubborn bug. Geeks have never been short on things to say. What we've been missing is a place that actually does that passion justice.

That's where Typoza comes in. Today, it's opening its doors for the very first time, in beta. A blank page, a handful of carefully picked tools, and one simple promise: to get out of your way so you can write.

An Atelier for writing, and nothing else

Every blog on Typoza starts with an Atelier. That's the name for your writing space (it's French for "workshop"), and it's built for exactly one thing: writing articles. No sprawling page builders, no plugins to update every other week, no dashboard that looks like the cockpit of a jumbo jet. You open your Atelier, write, and hit publish. That's it. Anything that didn't serve your words got cut on purpose, so nothing stands between you and your next idea.

Built by a geek, for geeks

Typoza isn't trying to be yet another platform for everyone and everything. It came from wanting to give people who love video games, tech, pop culture, code or sci-fi a tool that actually feels like theirs. I've spent years running a tech blog and building things for the web, and I've had more than my share of frustration with tools that were either way too bloated or completely soulless. Typoza is my answer to all those evenings when I just wanted to write and ended up fighting the interface instead.

Your blog, your address, your world

Every Atelier comes with a blog that's live right away at its own yourname.typoza.com address. And if you want to take things further, you'll be able to connect your own domain name, so your blog lives somewhere that's truly yours. Give it a little time and a blog becomes your own corner of the web. You build it, you tinker with it, and one day you realize it looks a lot like you.

This is only chapter one

This beta is where everything gets built, together. The first Ateliers are opening up, the first articles are about to go live, and every piece of feedback will help shape what comes next. Typoza is still young, and honestly, that's what makes it so exciting.

More features will roll out gradually between now and the end of the year. Then, in early 2027, Typoza will officially launch. Until then, get comfortable, open your Atelier… and start writing.

See you soon,
Pirmax, creator of Typoza
